Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are open, used or slightly damaged.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Sale Item Products
- Any Kind of Promotional Product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and promotional items cannot be refunded.
Returns or Exchange
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item back at the sender’s address.
- We strongly suggest all returns are sent insured, trackable, and are packed safely. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost returns that we have not received.
- Product returned for refund/cancellation, may be subject to the Cancellation terms in this policy.
- After shipping, products are non-refundable but may be returned for a 50% credit towards another set of products of the same or greater value. If the new products are of lesser value, a 50% fee on the new products will only be charged.
- Returns may take up to 10-15 Days from the delivery date to process.
- Products returned must be in new/unused condition and must include all original manufacturer packaging and contents or they may not be accepted for return.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective products must be reported in 3 Days from delivery, must not be used, or may not be accepted for return. It is also recommended to make an opening video as a proof, else it won’t be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for shipping expenses related to unaccepted/refused returns or the merchandise may be held until all expenses are paid for.
- We are not responsible for any customs tax/duties involved with international shipments.
- International returns must mark their package as “RETURN WITH NO VALUE” or it may be refused.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
